    Brad,

    Thanks for the feedback.

    I cover this in two places. First, about a third of the book is devoted to why organizations need to change both their beliefs and behaviors in order to be successful with Agile. This is something I call the Four Shifts. I’ll be interested to hear what you think of it.

    I also talk on the skills, hard and soft, that I recommend that people interview for when interviewing people for an Agile organization, and an exercise on how to identify those skills in your particular organization. I hope you like it.
